Do you send any previews before payment?
No, we do not. The preview is sent within 4 to 6 business days from confirmed payment.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can choose the expedited option during checkout.
What is your return policy?
No refunds or exchanges are available on personalized items. However, we do offer a new product if you receive your package damaged during the shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged package and product if something like this happened to you.

Which payment options do you accept?
We accept the majority of debit/credit cards (that go charged thru Stripe) and PayPal.
How can I receive a discount?
You can subscribe to the AJ Canvas Prints email list and receive a discount for your first purchase.
How long does it take to ship?
Once the proof is approved, it will take between 5 to 10 business days to ship according to the time of the year and how busy the season is.
What if I do not like the preview?
AJ Canvas Prints will create the preview for you until you like it. If in the end we can not agree, a 15% fee will be retained before making the refund to you.
Is the shipping safe for all your products?
Canvas Wraps, Framed Prints & Wood Prints are wrapped with bubble and shipped in a strong cardboard box for maximized protection.
The paper prints are rolled and shipped in a round box to keep them safe.
