No refunds/exchanges are available on personalized or customized items.
We do offer a new product if you receive your package damaged during the shipping. Please send an email with photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Once the proof is approved, it will take between 5 to 10 business days to ship according to the time of the year and how busy the season is.

I NEED MY ITEM IN A HURRY. CAN YOU SHIP IT FASTER?
Yes, we can ship it faster with an extra fee. Just choose the express shipping option at the check out.
DO YOU SEND PROOFS BEFORE PAYMENT?
No, we do not. The proof is sent out within 4 to 6 business days from confirmed payment.

AJ Canvas Prints will work with you until you will like the proof. If in the end, we can not agree on the final proof, a 10$ fee will be retained after making the refund to you.
